1. The two things that were a little annoying were the fact that the french doors are locked even though they have a decent balcony rail and the air conditioner did not stay on constantly, it went off and came back on when the room got too warm.

3. Citywalk at Universal is great for nightlife but ID is essential- as my boyfriend was not 21 until the day were leaving, we were left with just mini-golf and the cinema in the evening time which was annoying for us.

7. There is a lot of competition on International Drive (especially the so called 'ticket and tourist info places' to get you to go to timeshares which can, if you are not interested, be annoying after a while.

10. Yes the hotel do offer free shulltles to universal and sea world, but you need to book quite far in advance, the only do one trip and depart at strangely annoying times.
