1. The groups of youngsters that appear from time to time do tend to take over the pool area which can be frustrating if you want a quiet swim but careful timing should avoid this.

3. - the price is not bad but you can find plenty of similar hotels with better service on 'International Drive'- room are dirty- shuttle bus to the 'main attractions' is not reliable, always fully booked and frustrating- close to Universal parks- Internet is not reliable- far away from Disneyworld (take this in consideration if you plan to gi there)- shuttle bus to Disneyworld is 16$ a person a day.

7. My complaint about the i-ride is that it is unpredictable, so expect to be frustrated at times.

8. The hotel staff were friendly, don`t bother asking the maids for extra towels though, I saw one guest getting frustrated, but if he has bothered to take note he would have seen that the maids didn`t speak a word of english.

9. At this time, I asked to speak with the manager, she said pretty much the same and when I continued to question her as to the reason WHY there are no irons available to ALL of the guests of the hotel, I guess the became frustrated and said she will send one up to my room right now.
