1. The room was clean and tidy and of course there are some cosmetic issues such as a tear here and there but the room is only a place to get your head down and spend very little time there anyway.

3. Staff had no issues securely looking after our luggage on check-out day whilst we visited universal studios.

4. the facilites we used were the pool, great for a rest day, plenty seats and towels, the laundry room,very handy,in the room we made use of the safe, fridge and micro wave, all in good working order no issues with them.

9. The rooms are not very spacious but for all the time you spend in the room, this was not a real issue for us.

10. Called the management to complain but there was a sort of a communication issue - she didn't speak English well enough to understand that 'Bed Bugs' are HEALTH issue not a security issue.
