1. The rooms smelled musty and the a/c unit was loud and smelled moldy my nose and throat hurt in the morning and my son was congested until we got outside.

Cons: strange little ant like bugs on our bedside dresser that seemed to live there in a swarm, loud due to I4 out the back and gap under room door let in corridor noises, pizza flyers under the door all the time, expensive bar, loud air con unit and when we went to put it on heat setting to dry some clothes it set off fire alarm.
