1. The walls were quite thin and we were unfortunate to have several families opposite who acted like they were in their own home calling out and arguing.

6. unfortunately I found the level of noise in the corridors to be very uncomfortable through noisy guests shouting and regularly slamming doors, sometimes several times a minute quite late at night.

7. unfortunately there was renovation work being carried out on the annexe part of the hotel,which never actually bothers your stay but does'nt always look great(This was completed as we were leaving so enjoy)We had prior to arrival requested a room on a high floor,we could'nt get much higher we were on the 9th floor.

10. On arrival, unfortunately as a previous review has mentioned, we were 'badgered' by a very pushy guy on the guest services desk who wanted to try and sell us park tickets in exchange for visiting his timeshare complex.
