2. All and all the hotel was good, staff friendly and attentive, complaints like a clogged drain that I had where attended to quickly.

3. The little shop inside at reception is well stocked and the Breakfast in the little foodcourt is well worth the dollers the only complaint we had was the porrage had cinnimon through it and we had been looking forward to having porrage before we went to the parks .

4. I have no major complaints about the room itself, although there was a nasty ring around the tub, and the toilet was constantly running and the handle was broken so we couldn't do anything about it.

6. Only complaint was reception staff need to be bit more informed, they gave us the wrong information about buses, times etc and were a bit vague on other queries, they did not seem that interested, however staff at bus booking desk were more helpful.

9. i am very critical when i stay places but can honestly say i did not have one complaint and we looked forward to returning to our fresh airconditioned room after some very hot hot hot days .
