1. Checked in around 10pm and found the linens in the closet (in plastic cases) for the pullout sofa bed were wrong size.

4. They didn't clean my room one day, there is never any parking close to the buildings at night, small things were always going wrong in the room.

10. Typically stay at a competitors timeshare resort/hotel property that also offers nightly stays, but a bad taste in my mouth there during my last stay prompted me to try somewhere else in area, and usually with Hilton's you can't go wrong.
