3. If you got back to your room after 10 you had to park on the other side of the ground and walk or hope for a golf cart to carry you back, not really a big deal just annoying.

4. Not that it was a big deal, but it would have been nice to get fresh towels a couple of times a week instead of the old ones folded back up and placed on the racks.

6. (just lucky maybe?) Perhaps these people were genuinely nice? The parking fills up quickly (regularly I was told) so be prepared to park in main lot and get shuttled to your room (no big deal really, shuttles are plentiful) room was modern,clean as were the grounds.

There is no food room service, you can order pizza only, but at the extension numbers provided nobody answers the phone (I guess they are too busy) Not a big deal, we ordered pizza online, this is only the one good thing that they provide wireless connection at the hotel free, you just need to have your laptop with you.
