1. Great service,, First floor access was nice,, Never once had a problem.

2. We didn't notice the problem with chairs being saved at the pool that others mentioned in their reviews, but we went to the smaller pool, away from the teenage girls singing into the microphone at the top of their lungs, and the waterfalls that are located in the bigger pool area.

3. Not many outside restaraunts within walking distance, other than an Outback, but was not a problem for us when we have a full size kitchen and the Publix so near.
