1. Someone was up immediately with a vacuum to help us get up the broken glass, and after they left we got a follow up phone call from the front desk asking us if everything had been taken care of.

6. IF THIS IS HOW THEY ACCOMODATE SOMEONE WITH A BROKEN LEG ON CRUTCHES WHO IS A FREQUENT CUSTOMER (HILTON HONORS DIAMOND MEMBER) WHAT WOULD HAPPEN TO SOMEONE WITH A PERMANENT HANDICAP??? I do not recommend this hotel for anyone that is looking for quality service and client focus.

7. We had a broken lint screen in the dryer, and I had a new one within 5 minutes of contacting the front desk.

8. Pools were heated with exception of one that shut down overnight, so the temps in all the others was around 82 and the broken one was 72 degrees.
