2. Besides that very uncomfortable fact, the rest of the experience at the hotel was very good and we would recommend it, and come back ourselves with the late checkout request before even making the reservations.

4. We were delayed for about 10 minutes (sorry but moving 2 little ones plus luggage and getting everything in the car is not as quick) and it was very uncomfortable as they kept knocking and waiting outside very impatiently and a bit rudely.

5. I found this to be a little uncomfortable as I am use to picking up after myself but any used cup lying around was either put in the dishwasher or the housekeeper washed the dishes in the sink.

6. -My husband found the bed very uncomfortable which ironically is one reason we chose the Hilton since we always found their beds to be comfortable.

7. The sofa in the living room and the mattress where somewhat uncomfortable, so I looked forward to go back home, because I could not sleep well on their mattress :)The pool and children play area were nice.

10. The ONLY thing that was even slightly off was the fact that the sofa bed and a separate cot we had brought in were somewhat uncomfortable (so say my kids but I had a very comfortable king bed.
