1. They also gave us our first room which over looked a busy road with buses and cars, even though we asked for a quite room off the road???In addition, they tend to not clean the room during the day and will clean it between 5:00pm and 8:00pm at night, not acceptable, I was out of my room all day and returned to find my room still not cleaned at 5:30pm, TERRIBLE and UNACCEPTABLE.
