1. The only downside is the housekeeping - they are very slow and on 4 occasions during a 14 night stay we did not manage to get service, despite the fact of being out of the suite for more than 6 hours each time.

4. Our room wasn't cleaned every day, which is a little disappointing, as it's the only downside to the apartment that I could see.

5. Only downside was a man on reception told us that to get to Universal Studios we had to pay for the private van but in fact you can get to it using the trolleys that drive up and down Universal Drive.
"Absolutely fantastic " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/2/2012 Vote
6. The only downside is that there is no Breakfast Buffet, only some sort of deli where you can purchase your breakfast.

9. You couldn't possibly be disappointed with these suites -- roomy, clean, well-appointed and generally quiet -- but I'll give you the downside first: It is a resort-type property, so they will try to get you to join their vacation club (this is pretty common in Orlando, even Disney and Universal do their pitch), but if you're not interested, just tell them that you're not interested/ready/able to commit to a timeshare sort of thing.
"Husband says, "best vacation ever." " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/25/2010 Vote
10. The only slight downside was that the toddler friendly pool was on the far side of the resort so didn't have any poolside service.
"Smashing Place " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/3/2010 Vote
