1. I didn't expect there to be any housekeeping services as we were only staying 2 nights-because of this I kept the 'Do Not disturb' sign on the door.

3. We had one day we did not receive maid service,( we were in and out alot and had put out the do not disturb sign while inside), we called when we got in to get necessary items and they quickly responded along with a follow up phone call to make sure things were fine.

4. I know roaches are a pesky problem in FL, but it's disturbing to be staying at such a nice resort and have to deal with pests.
