1. what I found disappointing was that for a one night stay I had to ask several times at the front desk on staying in block one, the other frustrating thing is you won,t get in your room till 4pm which for a family with kiddies is very frustrating, the apartments are 4 star but I would never return here there are much nicer places around the Disney area my advice take your time in choosing a resort wisely.

3. When we finally got the keys around 1 pm, we were certainly not disappointed, the suite overlooked the lake (building 2 5th floor) absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean and well appointed.

4. The room we were allocated was in building 7 on the ground floor, I was really disappointed with the room as it was so gloomy due to the position on the side of the building and the shrubbery growing around it seemed to be blocking out the natural light.

10. Selected this as our hotel for a 5 day stay in Orlando in late January based on a good price ($97) for a King bed studio suite at a Hilton Property, and we were not disappointed.
