5. We were delayed for about 10 minutes (sorry but moving 2 little ones plus luggage and getting everything in the car is not as quick) and it was very uncomfortable as they kept knocking and waiting outside very impatiently and a bit rudely.

7. There even a preview center filled with over 125 salespeople who greet you and may try to soft sell you but are not overbarring or rude.
