8. Located in between a Wendy's fast food joint that smells bad both inside and out, and a bar/ restaurant where unfriendly looking characters sometimes gather in the evening: 'oh my God, we're in the ghetto,' exclaimed a newly arrived guest.

9. The hotels is located in a old home, which understandably means the rooms will smell kinda old, but the room was clean and we enjoyed our stay.
