1. OK, it's not as beautiful as the Upper Garden District, but if you like to walk, you can walk to the French Quarter, and there's no lack of charm in the surrounding neighborhood.

2. There was nothing amazing nor anything horrendous to report - though the lack of clean towels after the housekeeper left AND a 3inch 'Palmetto Bug' found crawling about the floor on day 3 didn't make me happy.

5. The front desk night girl was very nice and friendly (which third shift people often lack) but it was the security guard, John, who made my stay excellent.
