1. The bad: We did not have an in room safe and the safety deposit boxes available in the office were very narrow and long so forget about locking up your ipad or SLR camera for the day, the plumbing needs work as we had no cold water.

9. The rooms themselves aren't so bad, although a bit musty smelling; but if you're not looking for absolute luxury, they are clean enough.

10. Located in between a Wendy's fast food joint that smells bad both inside and out, and a bar/ restaurant where unfriendly looking characters sometimes gather in the evening: 'oh my God, we're in the ghetto,' exclaimed a newly arrived guest.
