2. Given the rich foods we were eating, and the fact that we are healthy and good walkers to begin with, this was not a huge issue, but I think it really could present a problem to older or more sedentary visitors.

7. During a 5 night stay, we had housekeeping issues on 4 of them - room was cleaned, but no towels were left, a full box of (hotel supplied) towels taken and not replaced, full bottles of water thrown out.

10. When I spoke to the front desk about this issue, expecting to wait an hour or two in our room while we waited for maintenance, they dispatched a security person to our room immediately who offered to stand guard in front of the door until maintenance could arrive.
