2. The room had a lot of little things wrong with it, broken door knob from balcony, no way to lock the door from the balcony, a toilet seat with only one hinge, fixtures starting to pull from the wall, having to go to the front desk to ask for TP.

3. We stayed in a king suite in the breakfast room building that was clean and quite large but whose furnishings were tired and in some cases broken (bureau drawer pull, ripped upholstery, dirty sofa cushions).
