5. Conveniently located close to Universal Studios and the freeways, you do get a bit of traffic noise if you're put in the wrong rooms.

6. Even with a car, the trip to Long Beach was about an hour and a half one way (although I did take a few wrong turns even with a GPS), so I figure 2 1/2 hours on a bus that another review stated it took, is probably par for the course.

7. I was on the 3rd floor I was told I was in a nice quiet area bot were they wrong or I was just unlucky.

8. The staff seemed quite grumpy at times and the two ladies from in the gift shop we asked advice and directions about the area, gave us the wrong information, leading us to not reach certain sights we wanted to see.

9. And, believe it or not, after all that wasting of time [I wanted to see LA, not the gift shop~] she called the wrong taxi, while I said so many times to her which one it was.

10. The girl from the giftshop, what was she thinking? She showed me that she didnt wanted to help me [she did this also to other guests] and IF she arranged something, she did everything wrong [few examples:]* she arranged a tour for me what wasnt available that day.
