2. these people know what customer service is about- free internet - business center - printed the coupons i needed for universal studios for freecons:- old, outdated bathrooms - only 1 elevator in the building i stayed in (had an incident wherein i had to ride with the stinking laundry bin beside me or wait another 5 minutes)- $14 a night parking.
