We booked a 2 day package in the Beverly Garland for our Silver wedding, what a big mistake, after a 4 1/2 hour drive from vegas we arrived at the hotel being from the UK we expected booking in and going to our room, but that was not to be after 1 hour 10mins of the receptionist telling me he could see our resivation but they could not accept my credit card this after 3 hour was due to visa been down, so we endded up paying $270 deposit.

2. On our own we booked on the Citysights LA big red bus which was one of the biggest mistakes we made while we were there.

5. Even though they had made a mistake by giving our room to someone else which we discovered on arrival and check in, they immediately took care of it, gave us free parking and were very apologetic.

6. When i wanted to rectify their problem, i tried calling the Accounts department(Mr Cornejo), he is so rude and doesn`t want to accept their mistake 1st place and kept arguing, what they did was right and they can never put charges to the company who reserves the hotels and it will be put in credit card on the person who is actually staying.
