1. The next day we complained to the front desk staff again and were told that the internet was slow due to the number of people using the service (we tried using the internet at 3am to check the status of our flight and it was still the same.

9. Our bathroom had a blocked sink, also the exhaust fan in the bathroom was permanently `on' - could not be swiched off , & made noise at night - I complained at the front desk but nothing happened.

10. guess I should not complain to stay hotel close to universal but if it is same H I rather want to stay at HILTON even I have to pay more.
