1. The staff were great but unfortunately it is not enough to make us leave as soon as we can.

2. unfortunately a couple of times I ended up at Universal Studios because the driver forgot to turn off - this meant that I reached the platform just in time to see my train pull out of the platform.

3. There are a few big red bus tour companies and unfortunately we picked the one that no one knew what time the buses picked up, there was no signage at pickup points or timetables and we got different information from each person we spoke to.

8. They seemed to be busy and we checked with the Front Desk to see if a room was available - the clerk that happened to serve us was clearly frustrated and overwhelmed and unfortunately a bit curt to us.
