3. The beds were very comfortable and they give you the choice of hard or soft pillows which is always nice.

Very good accommodation although I had requested a pool view room online in my booking and paid extra for it but did not get it and because they were fully booked the staff could not adjust the booking until the next day so it was all too hard to repack and move again so we made the decision to stay where we were.

7. Otherwise it on a busy highway & there is hardly any dining options( restaurant) within walking distance ( except the Restuarant in the Hotel) Free shuttle to Universal Studios is punctual & conventient.

10. Here's what it is; -GREAT beds- some of the most comfy I experienced- in my bed and the kids, too-Good food with really nice and enthusiastic service, granted it's February and it was rainy but this folks tried hard and did it with a smile, not an attached chain place.
