1. The bathrooms have to be the worst part.

2. The worst part of our stay was that we were in a room directly next to the elevator - this wasn't a problem during the night, but during peak times (like the morning) it was frustrating.

3. The worst thing was the noise from the Interstate it kept us both awake all night, the next morning my wife wanted to go back to vegas but because we had booked to go to universal studios i asked her to give it a little longer but even after a trip to the studios she wanted to leave.

The staff behind the reception desk were very very RUDE especially the manager CarlosHowever the staff that worked in the restaurant were wonderful Also all the people that help book the day trips were great tooGreat location close to studio city, and hollywood bollavard Overall 2/10 what a horrible hotel I wouldnt recommend it to my worst enemy.

5. The worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life, the room was very dated didnt appear very clean, people were allowed to smoke on the outside tables so all the cigarette smoke blew up onto your balcony and you could even smell it coming through the air vents.

The third morning was the worst, around 0700hrs the noise started, but around 0730hrs when the shower was in use there was a noise that sounded like a drill being used, we put it down to the massage on the shower being used, I rang reception to ask if they could stop it but never heard back from them.

9. The room is a very standard small size, the beds are old and the publisised pillow choice selection is poor as the pillows are some of the worst we encountered on our trip.
