1. They promptly removed the bed bug we caught in a glass to show them and then hurriedly refunded our one night stay and washed their hands of us.

4. Unlike most people however I have an allergic reaction to bed bug bites thankfully not to the point of anaphylactic shock but severe enough to need prescription antibiotics and rash/bite cream.
