1. The one downside to the multiple buildings is it takes you a bit longer to get your key cards fixed if they deactivate during your stay.
"Great location and value for visiting Los Angeles " Read full review on TripAdvisor   12/11/2011 Vote
2. Now the hotel has several good/very good points:- the shuttle bus to Universal and the metro- the gift shop where knowledgeable staff will book you trips- the pool and fitness centre- close to a great Ralphs store for your grocery needs- the large rooms and comfortable bedsHowever you need to consider the downsides before deciding if this is the location for you:- the noise from the nearby freeways/motorways.

3. The only downside is traffic noise from the 101.

6. The only downside was the rooms are not very sound proofed and with a large freeway behind the hotel it was pretty noisy.
"Wish I Could Have Stayed Longer " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/2/2011 Vote
7. Parking was meant to be $14 per night but when we checked out this was waived, no idea why, we didn't question it (who would) but thought it was nice of them :) the bathrooms are very small, we had 4 people in 1 room so was a bit cramped but overall it was a nice hotel with a very nice restaurant ( we were given a free desert) only downside is the location .
"Bad location! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/11/2010 Vote
8. On the downside, you pay for parking, and service at the front desk can be SLOW (even if there isn't a line).
"Nice Hotel But Beware of Online Offers That Are Less Than They Seem! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/1/2010 Vote
9. The only downside is that unlike most hotels nowadays, there is no free breakfast.
"Excellent " Read full review on Travelocity   4/1/2010 Vote
10. The only downside was the bartender wasn't very friendly and poured awfully small drinks but pretty minor overall--we didn't stay there for the bar by any means.
"a well priced gem " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/26/2009 Vote
