1. I read on Tripadvisor that those rooms might be quieter, but sound of traffic was very loud in our room.

10. The speakers did not work upstairs and they were using loud hailers which no one could hear what they were saying, we waited over 90 minutes at one stop and then nearly an hour at another stop and we were with other passengers waiting as well so we all got told incorrect information.
