1. Although our air conditioning unit touch controls broke, the engineer was quick to come and fix it and very apologetic this had happened.

2. Let me start by saying the Beverly Garland holiday Inn Los Angeles is TOP NOTCH in all departments, Service was execellent, when the bus broke down to take people to universal studios, the hotel mangers use their own cars to shuttle the guests, that was wonderful.
