5. When we arrived at the Westin we were told that the room we reserved had been given away because it was 'first come, first serve' I asked what the point of a reservation was if we were unable to receive the room we had booked? To which the customer service rep responded 'do you want the room or not?' We were stuck in a room with two double beds, INSTEAD OF THE KING I RESERVED - I am 6 feet tall as is my husband, and we certainly did not enjoy sleeping on a tiny bed with half of our legs hanging off.
