1. even little things matter with hotel stays and this stay had way to many little things go wrong to add up to a bad review.

2. It's to bad food and drink charged to the room at Starbucks don't count as 'feed and beverage' in order to be counted towards earning Starwoods points for the stay, since that sometimes the quick and easy choice when heading toward a panel.

3. Irish pub and the 'City' bar also in hotel but owned by a different company both were good,The pub food was fine and not too bad in price at all,drinks pricey but again big city.

4. Downside breakfast in their restaurant was overpriced to me and i live in NJ close to NYC so things here are expensive but this was a bad value.

7. Such a hotel with more than 700 rooms has no proper restaurant in the evening, and one may not always like to go out if he is very tired or the weather very bad.
