Our room keys repeatedly failed, and if that wasn't frustrating enough, each time we went back to the front desk to politely ask for a re-key, we recieved a 5 minute lecture about we shouldn't store our key next to our magnets and cell phones as if I haven' stayed in a hotel prior to this business trip.

3. fifthly i called house keeping told them what i found they send someone to clean, they also said theyll remove the room service food that i have ordered to the room, i came back to the room later at night and found the same hair on the floor, called again and they recleaned the room, this time it was cleaned but i was frustrated because i needed to stay in boston and all the hotels were all fully booked for the time i was there so i was stuck to stay there other wise i would have left the moment i found all this chaos anyhow later after 2 days i needed to extend my stay for 1 more day, ofcourse they didnt give me that luxury but whats worse is that i had to fight to remind them of the charges they said they will remove room service.

4. Needless to say to have to park a mile away and figure my own way back after a lengthy drive was very frustrating.

5. That was frustrating, as we had flights to catch and the time window was getting tighter and tighter, particularly for my flight, as we waited.
