The Ups:-great location-very helpful front desk staff-connection to mall with good food court + Cheesecake Factory + PF Changs-walking distance to MFA and Green E subway line-large, relaxed but dignified lobby with multiple areas to congregate-hotel staff very respectful towards the kids-hotel staff worked with the teachers to ensure security (lots of hotels refuse to take our input)The Downs:-bathrooms really need updating (and who puts wallpaper in a bathroom?)-possibly the worst Starbucks in North America in the lobby; the staff are rude and inattentive and the shelves were nearly bare most of the time.
