1. The telephone in the room did not work (no big deal, but had to call from the house phone when necessary), and the bathroom ceiling was nicely festooned with fungus.

2. - free internet terminals in lobby and wifi were nice but you have to pay to have wifi in your room, bit odd but not a big deal- the bar was cosy , not sure why but it had a nice feel about itcould be improved.

7. (I had friends staying at the Hilton - the rooms were the same, the Hilton offered a very quickie cheap free breakfast (big deal), and other then that, the Sheraton blew it away.
