4. To get to and from the airport (Boston Logan) I used a shuttle firm recommended by the hotel -it is truly a easy way to access the airport and hassle free plus cheaper than a cab with a guaranteed pick up time.

10. After over 30 minutes on the phone with a rep, I finally had the internet service reactivated, but for me having to go through this hassle was completely unacceptable while away on a business trip.
