1. A quick call to reception and after an apology we were asked if we would like to move and were upgraded to a suite for our inconvenience.

7. Not a bad hotel, but for a business trip to no have wifi (you have to pay for internet and use a hookup on the desk), inconvenient and few outlets in the room (there was an extension cord in the room) and no fridge.

9. After not hearing back from them I sent another email via the corporate website and within a day I got an email message back and the hotel credited me one nights stay to my credit card and apologized for this inconvenience.
