1. When I told my boss about this, being a native Bostonian, she did mention that there are a lot of times roaches crawl up pipes and what not - no matter the age of building - but still.

2. I didn't get breakfast, the check in was not accomodating at all, and to make things worse, I walk in to the room and find a roach crawling around in the tub.

3. When I told the hotel manager that I wanted reimbursement for the food that was in that fridge (since the roach probably crawled all over it), he told me that he could just go across the street to Shaw's to buy me a new container of orange juice.
