1. That said, the building itself shows signs of aging, one of the two express elevators malfunctioned during our stay and it took too many hours for the hotel to address the problem and the rooms, while nicely furnished, are on the small side (even on the top several floors where the room rate is higher but which allows guests access to the Club).
