1. But, as an employer, I understand that you can't always control the actions of your dumb a&$ employees so I would not let this one bad employee keep me from staying here again.

2. My husband had to use the restroom really bad when we got there, and they had the bathrooms locked on the lobby, the FD agent told us he had to wait until we got to our room to use the restroom.

6. The hotel connects through the Prudential Center and mall to the Westin Hotel, all indoors with shopping and a variety of restaurants, so bad weather would not spoil things, though we happened to have great weather.

7. We suffered bad weather for some of the time but didn't even need to leave the hotel to get to some lovely shops and restaurants via the Prudential Centre.
