1. , I saw other complaints on here about a pricey hotel not having it in the room, but I'm not sure what pricey hotel these people are staying at that is giving it to them for free? We stay at alot of 5 stars and there is always a charge.

5. The room was nicely decorated and very clean and Starbucks coffee was provided, my only complaint was that he bed was a little bit too hard for my personal preferences but that certainly didn't spoil my stay.

10. My only complaint is I found it very intrusive of Sheraton to send 2 sniffer dogs into our room whilst we were out (infact we caught them in the act).
