1. The location is very hard to beat with easy access to Back Bay, the T, and walking distance to Copley Square and Fenway Park.

2. The staff are polite but I would be hard pushed to say they have any genuine interest in their customers - noone seemed interested in ' doing that little bit extra' to make the stay more pleasurable.

4. There was no beside lamp this side of the bed which made it equally hard to find your way in the dark (sure where would you put one).

5. There was barely over a foot in space between one side of the bed the wall, which was a bit hard not to bang into if you had to go to the toilet in the middle of the night.

7. The room was nicely decorated and very clean and Starbucks coffee was provided, my only complaint was that he bed was a little bit too hard for my personal preferences but that certainly didn't spoil my stay.

10. I informed him that I often took my own luggage to my room with a cart to which he responded by shoving hard the luggage cart toward me and hissing 'take it' and then stormed away.
