1. I called to question my bill at the front desk this morning from my room and the front desk person was so rude to me that I ended up losing my temper with her.

3. Cons-The linen was dirty, furniture had suspicious stains, the front desk staff rude, 24 hour room service closed for 3 hours in the afternoon without notice (we needed it because of odd convention timing), heating in room didn't work properly (it was 36*f outside and snowing).
