4. and the final icing on the cake was a sudden appearance of a security Guard at your hotel room at about 9 PM asking you to report to the front desk immediately for they had some weird problem with the Credit card.

10. Layout of lobby areas bit weird and soulless - seems to be floating between the road level and bridge into the shopping centre proper - could do with a proper entrance from the shopping centre and signage to mark where it starts and finishes.
