1. Traveling to run, I had my family (1 king room adjoining 1 double room), my 81 year-old dad (king nearby) & friends (king room one floor up) in tow, all with different room requirements and arrival dates.

4. One other silly item - I booked my room and then called to extend our stay and they made me book two different stays (without guarantee of it being the same room - though they were able to do this at check-in - which was a hassle) That was a bit annoying - so best to know your dates from the get go when booking.
