1. My biggest complaint is the bathroom.

( I can tell you that the same thing happened to me at the JW Marriott at LA Live, arriving at 11pm, and despite complaints to management, all I got was a rude, 'you can try some other hotel if you like')In reference to someone's complaint that this property is in need of refurb, it just ain't so.

10. My sister brought her dog along for the trip -- if you bring a dog, be aware that the Westin makes you sign a waiver that you cannot leave your dog unattended in the room and that you will be charged a fine for any complaints.
