( I can tell you that the same thing happened to me at the JW Marriott at LA Live, arriving at 11pm, and despite complaints to management, all I got was a rude, 'you can try some other hotel if you like')In reference to someone's complaint that this property is in need of refurb, it just ain't so.

5. We told them to charge thousands on it until we returned the car because we CHOOSE to pay cash but guy (Fareed?) was rude, sent us on a wild goose chase around Prudential w/ our bags to be turned away again.
