3. We had gorgeous views from our room (Charles River, Hancock Tower)Cons: Lobby was under renovation, long wait to check in at front desk; Copley Place is a bit outdated decor wize & there is a greasy/stale smell when you enter the 'mall' area near where the huge waterfall was & the escalator is.
